Hello. I'm not sure if this site is real, but I just wanted to put something out there. Mrs. Hargitay you're so inspiring. I love watching SVU. At first my mama wasn't sure about letting me watch it because of my age, but now she lets me watch it. I love your character. You're a great actor. I don't know you, but something tells me you're a sweet person. I would love to meet you, but I live in the south and my daddy is a principal and we can't go to NY. But, when I get old enough to travel on my own I really hope I could be able to meet you. If this is real and you see this can you please pray that I will be able to meet you one day. Thank you so much you honestly have started to make me feel like im loved. I live in a place where love isnt displayed and verbal abuse is very common. I have started to feel like i am not alone and i know that it is God telling me i have a rolemodel here to help and i believe it is you. You have saved me from depression and helped me realize that i am me and i cant be changed. That no matter what my parents say to me in a verbal abuse time that i just need to shake it off. Because it is never true. It is just sometimes hard to believe.

As I have watched your career from afar. I have researched the lengths your mother went through to try and accomplish what you have, even leading to her death. I can only image the decades she has peacefully rested in heaven watching over her babies success in achieving what she worked so hard to accomplish not only with her morality, but the morality of a child one has raised to be such a social justice oriented citizen that is willing to invest part of her off screen life trying to help those in need. As I look at my own children and how much better people they are compared to me, I can draw the same parallel of pride your mom has to be feeling from heaven.

I was born in 1964 as you and my dad's name is Czaya Bob Nandor and his fighting name was Flash Gordon. Just wanted to see if you ever heard of my dad. I would love to meet you and learn as much as I can from you. My dad had asked me where I wanted to go, pick anywhere I wanted to go and we would go there. I had told him that I wanted to go meet you. The only movie actress I actually want to meet in real life. I would pay to go to you as a counselor and would trust talk to you any day.

You’re so amazing , you’re literally all I talk about to my fiancé . I’m always telling him to watch Svu with me. He agrees sometimes , I once told him that I would not watch svu if you weren’t in it. I know sometime you’re not in episodes.. but anyway. Dear Ms. Hargitay,
I have been if fan of SUV for many years. I have admired your work with abuse victims. I am a Court Appointed Special Advicate for neglected and abused children (CASA) and have been for 15 years. As an .independent leaning conservative, I was so disappointed at the episode portraying conservatives as utterly vile human beings. I felt that politics were pretty even handed in the shows, but the hatred and meanness portrayed and the remarks of your character and others were appalling. Yes there are people like that, just as antifa is very nearly Markist and can be violent, but the majority of those with a conservative leaning are not like that at all. I thought you, and the show, were above this sort of thing. Sadly, that is not true. You were totally unfair and untruthful. Most of the conservatives that I i know are no way like that pundit as portrayed. Please be more even handed and truthful in future portrayals. You were fast and lose with the facts. No excuse and not true to the character you portray. I suppose you will never read this, much less reply but I felt the need to express my hurt, anger, and frustration.

Hi Mariska, I have been watching you since I was 17 years old. I was pregnant at the time and I often pretended you were my mom. The way you perform looks genuine. As if you are playing you. It had a very hard childhood, and now with therapy, I am writing a book about my life. I would love for you to read the first chapter and give me any advice that you can. I recently saw your involvement in victims non profits.

My girlfriend was brutally raped 20 years ago. After going to court 20 times, his public defender died abd we had to start all over again. I was 20 abd my girlfriend was 18. I think i could write a book on the whole ridiculous, traumatic event. We didnt last much longer, about a year. She is doing well but i am sure her pain is far more than i can imagine.
And since that event, i have had years of nightmares and social problems.
Anyways, i have so much respect for u and your character on law and order.
You are a great roll model, and my new hero.

Mariska honestly I started watching your show because I had no idea where life was taking me. I kept getting rejected by jobs and nobody would take a chance on me. So i started watching your show it gave me hope i would someday find one. It encouraged me to keep going. You inspire me to keep going i learn strength presence. I learned to always have hope. You helped me a lot through watching you on screen. I am now happily employed. I just want thank you for being someone i could watch on the screen at home. I want to try a be like. You really are my new inspiration.
