The San Francisco 49ers are a professional American football team, based in San Francisco, California, playing in the West Division of the National Football Conference (NFC) in the National Football League (NFL). The team was founded in 1946 as a charter member of the All-America Football Conference (AAFC) and joined the NFL in 1949 after the two leagues merged.

When owned by the DeBartolo / York families, the 49ers became known for having one of the NFL's greatest dynasties, winning five Super Bowl championships in just 14 years, between 1981 and 1994, with four of those championships in the 1980s. The Super Bowl teams were led by Hall of Famers Joe Montana, Jerry Rice, Ronnie Lott, Steve Young, and coach Bill Walsh. With five Super Bowl wins, the 49ers are tied with rivals Dallas Cowboys for the second-most Super Bowl wins.

as a mid management superintendent the ungrateful actions displayed by your idiot of a quarterback is a disgrace for ANYONE who has fought and died for the very flag that is giving him the very thing he loves...the FREEDOM IN THIS COUNTRY to play the very game he loves..let alone the money and life he lives...he has slapped in the face every military veteran along with the ones who gave their lives for the very right of this asshole to play....if he is not suspended ...or even better just plain released from the great 49er's organization i will no longer be apart of from youngstown, ohio too home of your in y-town we don t put up with low lifes such as your quarterback...make the only RIGHT decision in this case and release him...he doesnt deserve to play in the N.F.L.

this guy makes your team look bad. to have everything he needs or wants by the very country that also gives everyone else the same chance if they want to work for it makes him look like the idiot he is. for you guys to let him do it and do nothing to him shows you must agree with what he's doing. yes you may have the right but it doesn't make it right. to disrespect all the hero's who have died in wars to give us the freedoms we have and anything we want, if you work for them, is inexcusable. he is the same as the Olympic athletes who live off the tax payers for 4 or more years and then have no more respect then not put their hand on their heart during the national anthem. these kind of people just make me sick to my stomach. they want to take, take, take and then cry because we aren't perfect. no country is but there is no better country then the USA. if you as an american team do nothing or say nothing to this guy makes you just as bad as he is. if i was the owner of the 49ers this guy would be walking the street, kicking cans talking to himself because there's no way he can be that good. i choose to not spend any money on the 49ers or any of their sponsors until something is done about this guy. yes, i'm only one person but i think there will be more like me who love this country with all her faults and will stand up for her against anyone who tries to bad mouth her. do the right thing and FIRE this bum.
