Hi Gordan .. I’ve been watching your Kitchen Nightmares series for 3 weeks now. I’m hooked! I just wanted to tell you how amazing you are. Youve got to have one of the biggest hearts I’ve ever seen. At first I watched to laugh at your blunt and angry comments towards the restaurateurs. But the more I watched the more I realized how much you help these people, not only with their business but with their personal demons. You help these people regain a new sense of hope and you help them see things in themselves that they haven’t been able to see on their own giving them the confidence to succeed. I can only imagine the number of lives you’ve changed and honestly you’ve touched my heart. Please do not ever change a single thing about yourself. Your a wonderful blessing!

have you ever made an Aioli sauce with egg yolks? I find that to not be smart or safe, but I see recipes call for it in some of the sauces. What do you have to say?

Watching Hells kitchen, I noticed most of the contestants smoked. Have you ever thought of working with American cancer society? You could be a role model for these young , aspiring chefs. Too many young people smoking. Thanks for listening

We visited Trolley Stop Café in New Orleans 3/3/9 while the food was amazing I am sorry to say they have not kept up on the cleanliness. The bathrooms were disgusting and the air vent had not been cleaned in months. I hate to see all the work you and your crew do to help and then the owners let it go to waste. Thank you so much for all your shows even when you were working with the prison I have watched them all

Chef Ramsay,

Thank you so much for your ALL of your inspirational shows. My son Senna and I watch all of them(even though some of the language is inappropriate for a 9 year old) I still let him watch every one...

He loves Master Chef Junior and wants to learn to recreate the meals the other kiddos create. We have so much fun together. I need to get his his own chef's jacket.

He is obsessed with your hair! He will wake up and say "I want it to be a Gordon Ramsay day"! I'm still learning how to do your current hairdo.. It's a lot of work.... LOL

Thank you chef for all your inspiration and wanted to let you know you are bringing joy into our home.

I went to your restaurant when I was in Las Vegas, it was very expensive for us but it was my dream. I just have to say there was gum under the tables and a light was out. I can't believe this happened in o e of your restaurants.

When cooking first port of call for anything I attempt to cook is check with Gordon, although it's several years for kicken nightmares I still watch all of them whenever on TV, recently watching an episode I had to think that if Gordon was coming to my restaurant first thing I'd do would be check the fridge but having said that if he was a good friend of mine and he was just coming over for a drink I'm afraid the first thing I'd do is check the fridge hahahahahaha, good of ya Gordon it makes me check my fridge so if you fancy popping over at any time for a drink the fridge will be clean and fresh hahahahahaha

I do not think the judgement was fair on tonight's show because Sadie and her partner were saved and sent on for the last three. Sadie and her partner had something wrong with each of their Tappas as you told them but they were sent through. And I'm sorry I don't remember her partners name. They also did not work well together. I enjoy Sadie's personality but I notice that the more forward personalities sometimes are sent on even when they have made mistakes. I enjoy this show and hope the winner is picked on their cooking ability not their personality. I've watched one other season where this also happened.
