Mr. Tomlin,

You have the chance to become the greatest coach in history! I'm not just saying that; you work for an organization that could be the best run sports machine that the NFL has ever seen. Please keep the focus on the team and don't let drama boys take over. I say boys because they are not acting like men. I don't want to call them queens because that is disrespectful. Mr. Tomlin you can be the greatest coach ever because you have the talent and wisdom if you would apply it equally to all. Please read the article below and recognize that in a decade or two they could be calling it the Tomlin/Steelers way.
Respectfully,
Stephen DiNello

I've been a Steelers fan since 79 Every one from you, Ben,and Brown have a played a role on this drama Honestly Mike you should not allow 1 player to be bigger than the team Calling out players on a radio show is not acceptable especially being a captain As the coach your job to keep it real with Ben He has shown he is not the leader that he wants to be perceived as He should not be able to do things because of white privledge I don't believe that AB handled things perfectly so his actions deserve scrutiny as well Mike these issues have to be addressed privatley amongst men and resolved If not you will unfortuanely be the fall guy I'm 49 years young and I will die being a Steelers fan so please Mike unless your coaching Tom.Brady don't allow any player to be bigger than the team # Steeler Nation is watching

Well listen im a Coach for softball and one thing i tell my kids is keep in mind of how good ur apponent is.. If your down 30-3 and burning the clock.. You might as wellthrow in the towel.. Im a die hard steeler fan.. Mike Tomlin why is it that u feel its ok to continue to burn time by handing off ir just burning it like "ive got time"..against the Pats??
Cmon Mike u need all the time u have.. Have these guys its imperative to stop the clock... U ARE BEHIND!! if #7 cant pass the freakin ball then by all means bye bye!!.. Do u remember how Roger Stauhback usto control the clock thats why they have the greatest come backs cmon man its starts with u ive seen to many stupid games where we could of won!! But ran out of time.. Hey im just a Fan. Well sometimes its better looking from the outside in... CONTROL THE TIME and against a team like the Pats you dont settle for 4Th n goal field goal.. These mistakes hurt us.. Cintrol the time throw the ball its sad to see millions poured into #7 just to hand off dont start the season like u did last year we fell short sorry to say but ive better high school ball... LISTEN TO UR FANS OR U WILL LOSE RGEM

I appreciate Coach Tomlin to the nth degree. With no offense to speak of, he kept a depleted 2019 team in the race last year, a great coaching feat. What Coach Tomlin has done to start 2020 is inspiring to all. Keep up the good work and Go Steelers!

I just moved here from pittsburgh and it’s the craziest thing. These people (Navajo s and Farmington) are insane pittsburgh fans. I’m sure you know this but the Navajos are the sweetest people and to see the Steeler Pride is just crazy. I just think of pictures with you and the Navajos would be so cool. We don’t know that and it would be wonderful if you ever have time to stop by on your travels.

Hey Coach Tomlin,
I gotta hand it to you for one very successful offseason although the cut of Quincy Roche was heartbreaking. With Bill Cowher and Troy Polamalu at the Hall of Fame game, your team got some much needed motivation, however, I fear it may not be enough. Ya'll have a harder schedule plus face a potential negative record. I want to help in any way I can to help your team before a difficult Week 1 against the Buffalo Bills. Here's what I believe, in order to play like a Super Bowl contending team: you must learn from a team that played in a Super Bowl. Since this is Big Ben's last season probably, it makes sense he'd want one more before retirement. Linked below, I have a Steeler film from 2008 I want you to share with the rest of the team. They may learn something and use it to their advantage on the field. I look forward to a great season.

Believe it or not you can beat the Chiefs Sun night. You will need trick offense. Reverses, half back passes, flee flicker, hook and lateral, options with half back pass. There has been very little all season. Bens got the experience to lead and can make it happen. Now is the time to dig into the old Steeler play book and use it. With the trick offense and prayers for help from above. Never count out the help from Heaven. As we all know in Pittsburgh, the Steelers are Gods favorite team.

I would like to commend you on the hiring of Brian Flores. You have always been one of my favorite people in football. Your commitment to standing behind Brian proves you are one the most "stand up men" around. I wish more people would follow your example.

Dear Coach Tomlin,

I am a life long Miami Dolphins fan and I was appalled that Coach Flores was fired. Coach Flores deserved and deserves better. I appreciate your courage, honor, and integrity by standing by and hiring Coach Flores. I firmly support the need to increase the number of NFL black head coaches. I am a retired US Marine Corps Chief Warrant Officer, and, not that it does or should matter, I am a 66 year old white man and, while I do not support quotas, I do support hiring the best candidate for the job, regardless of race, creed, color or anything else. I wish you and Coach Flores the best.

Semper fi,

Jerome Rodgers

Coach, Imgoing to give you some advice. You probably don’t want to hear it, but it comes from the hardest experience. I have lead men in combat, and can see things that others can’t see, so, please don’t take this the wrong way. As I watched you at the end of the game today, I could see you had the thousand yard stare going on. Put the rookie in. Let him grow and make his mistakes. It will be better in the long run. We may not win this year, but will in the future. Trunursy is not the answer, he was available because he has failed elsewhere. Trust your draft picks. I know that it’s hard, but trust.

Coach Tomlin,
Pittsburgh fans show there worst in times of adversity. This is a perfect time to prove your love for coaching and how you can adjust and regain a team. Have all the faith in you. GoodLuck

I have been a fan since 1st grade in 1979. I live in CT. Long story. I have stayed a fan because of the perceived class act the Rooney family, the Steeler's staff and players. I wish the current players would just play. They seem to put more time and energy on ridiculous celebrations. Please remind them what the Steelers have stood for- a class act that wins the right way. Maybe I'm being naive. Also remind then the current players they have not won anything. They are not feared, taken seriously, or respected around the league. The team has, in a least the last decade, not won the Super Bowl. STOP THE CHILDISH CELEBRATION! YOU HAVE NOT WON ANYTHING! STOP ACTING LIKE YOU HAVE!
